Whenever I baked cakes, I have people telling me that they want a 1kg, 2kg cake. I simply do not know how to answer them. Instead I asked how many pax do they intend to serve. That way, it's much easier for me to gauge which size of cake should I recommend them.

I don't weigh the cakes whenever I'm done baking it especially when each cake have different contents to it. For instance the Nutella Rainbow Cake, it's like aside from just a cake, it's topped with other things like Kit Kat, M&M's and etc.

Recently I just did a reseach online and I'm so thankful to whoever who came up with the Cake Serving Chart. Not only is it easier for me but also easier for the customers to choose from. But do note that this is just a rough estimation and depend on how you cut the cake too ok :)

It all started when I was looking for something to keep my mum occupied. Knowing the fact that we both loves to bake, I suggested for her to start baking Blossoms for our family and friends event.

Alhamdulilah, we received a lot of feedbacks to help us improve on our bakings. Both mum and I started taking up Baking classes and some of which we learn through online media.

And I'm just glad that as days and months goes by, we have more than 24 types of baking to offer

Sometimes I wonder how people see me and what they think of me. It scares me a bit, honestly. I am sure though, that what they think of me, what they think my life is, is a complete misperception. I have always tried to show myself as a carefree person, as someone who wont get bothered because of public judgements. I am sure my friend and family think there is nothing going wrong in my life, that I do not worry enough, that I am always happy. And I am sure they probably somewhat hate me for it because, lets admit it, there is nothing worse than seeing someone who is life seems so perfect while yours is a complete mess. Truth is, I have become an expert at pretending. I think we are all experts or at least we are getting there.
